Importing and Reviewing Your Property List

Learn how to upload your property list and verify that estimates and property pages are populated correctly.

Steps

  1. Go to the Properties page.

  2. Upload your property list file. 
    1. Select the AI Upload option located in the top right corner of the Properties page:
    2. Select Upload files:
    3. After adding your files, click Submit to begin processing:

  3. Once your file is processed, verify that all property details are correctly populated. Edit any information as needed, then select Approve to add each property to your portfolio.

  4. Your properties will now be available on your property page.
  5. Select a property to review, update, or add specific details.
  6. Your portfolio value will also be calculated on your Dashboard:

Tips

  • Review property estimates for accuracy.

  • If a property estimate looks off (e.g. duplexes showing half value), you can override estimates.

Troubleshooting

  • If a property is missing or miscalculated, use the Property Estimates screen to override values.

  • Filters are available to view by property type or range.
